Never to young to learn how to shop for fabric!! Jill and 4 week old Linnea spent a couple days with us last week and Friday was Linnea's first shopping outing. Where
else to go but to a good fabric store.
Soren was with us this week while his Mom and Dad have been in Russia. They were meeting the little girl they are adopting. We are all so anxious to hear all about Anna and see all the pictures that have been taken. We hope they don't have to wait too long before they can go back and bring her "home".
Soren and 3 of his older cousins raked our leaves to the street on Friday. The wind has blown all weekend so most of the last leaves have fallen and the yard looks as bad as it did Friday. We leave for a week in MN tomorrow morning so guess they will just have to stay there until we get home.
It is time time to get some Christmas quilts hung. This poinsettia was designed some years ago by Sandra Dockstader of Northfield, MN.
The bird and heart quilt is looking pretty faded but that has been hanging on our front porch many winters.
We have many cardinals that live year round in our back yard. Think they really like the expensive seed mix that Jerry buys for them...walnut and cashews in the mix!!

Sorry about the bad post again. Don't know how I get all that space.
Nice to see some of your quilt collection online - so I can show off to my friends.
Have a safe trip!
